Overview
This is a generalist administrative role which requires a highly skilled multitasker. You will support various departments:
- Executive Assistant to the Head of School and Bursar to provide an efficient and effective running of the Head’s office.
- Exams Officer to organise all exams and Duke Of Edinburgh programme
- Reception: You will cover reception 5 hours per week during term time, and cover the main Receptionist full-time when he is on annual leave
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as requested by the Head

What we are looking for
- Native level English, ideally a strong knowledge of French (perhaps you studied French at university)
- Strong ability to multitask, and transition from one role to another with ease
- Good knowledge of, or interest in learning about the school exam process (IGCSEs, IBDP, French exams)
- Ability to respect utmost confidentiality regarding all information relating to this post
- Experience of managing a diverse workload
- Confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, with an ability to self-plan and prioritise workloads, along with planning work schedules for others
- Able to work alongside all members of staff with the ability to show tact, diplomacy and professionalism at all times
- Ability to touch type
- High level of IT skills including Word and Excel. Knowledge of Google Docs preferable
- Ideally training as a clerk.
